These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 555com ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming website accessible at 555com.best. You are fully responsible for your 555com account, including all activity that takes place through it. Your login credentials — your mobile number and password — must be kept secure and not shared with anyone else. You are responsible for all bets, wagers and transactions placed through your account, whether or not they were placed with your knowledge. 555com will not reverse transactions placed through a correctly authenticated session on the grounds that you did not authorise them, except in cases of demonstrable platform error.

You must keep your account details up to date. Your registered mobile number and payment details must be accurate at all times. If you change your primary mobile number or banking details, you should update these in your account settings promptly. 555com is not liable for failed withdrawals or communications resulting from outdated contact information.

• Do not share your password, OTP codes or session links with any third party.
• Do not allow anyone else to use your 555com account to place bets or access funds.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact support immediately if you notice any suspicious activity on your account.

555com accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process. All balances in your 555com wallet are held in PKR.

Accepted deposit methods currently include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — for example, using someone else's Easypaisa account to fund your 555com wallet — are not permitted. If a deposit is identified as coming from a payment account not belonging to the registered player, 555com reserves the right to suspend the account and hold the funds pending verification.

555com does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 555com is not responsible.

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. If a withdrawal to the original payment method is not possible, 555com will contact you to arrange an alternative method.

555com aims to process Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals within 15 minutes of the request being submitted. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes. IBFT bank transfers are processed within 1 to 4 business hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 1 to 5 business days depending on your issuing bank.

Before a withdrawal is processed, your account must be fully verified. If you have not yet completed identity verification, you will be prompted to submit identification documents before your first withdrawal is released. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and applies to all players on 555com.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met in full.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to a review period in cases of unusual account activity.

The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions on 555com unless the promotion-specific terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.

It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a bet. 555com is not liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

All RNG (random number generator) based games on 555com — slots, digital table games, Virtual Sports and instant games — use independently certified RNG systems. These systems are tested and audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The RTP (return to player) percentage for each game is published in the game information panel.

Live Casino games are operated using physical cards, wheels and dice managed by real dealers on camera. Results are final once the dealer confirms the outcome and the settlement is applied. No claim will be entertained regarding a Live Casino result on the basis of player expectation or strategy.

• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one 555com account, whether under the same or different personal details, for any reason.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through coordinated play, chip dumping, hedging across accounts, or any other method intended to extract value from promotions without genuine play.
• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in Live Casino games, Virtual Sports or any other multiplayer format on 555com.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, any balance held in your account will be frozen during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes with no evidence of wrongdoing, your account will be reinstated and your balance released. You may close your own 555com account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method after any pending verification requirements are met. Please allow standard withdrawal processing times for the final balance to be returned.
